Come prepared
• A complete and up-to-date reference sheet of your character. It must be flats only, no shaded
refs. Front view required, back recommended.
• I will not take written descriptions. If you do not have have a ref made, there are plenty of free linearts to use. The markings do not have to be perfect.
• I will not make an extension of a pre existing mod. Ex: A head texture for a body you already have done from somebody else. I will only do add ons from my store or the custom you ordered from me.
• Have your list of parts ready for me to look at. I am willing to send recommendations, but if I need to build your whole avatar, a fee will be added.
• Any parts or bodies I do not have will be either be added as a fee or you may gift it to me directly.
• Please refrain from constantly changing out parts we previously agreed upon.Character/Design Copyright
• The character you show me must be owned by you. I will not accept "but I got permission for <someone>". The only exception is gifting to friends or partners.
• Sending me someone else's work and expecting me to copy it pixel for pixel is not acceptable. I have my own style; this is what you are commissioning me for.
• In the event that your avatar's textures get ripped, please let me know. I will block them and they will not be able to do any business with me. That is the extent of all I can do.Payment
• Payment is required in full before I start working. I accept usd and the linden equivalent.
• Invoices will be sent via Paypal only. Tips are not required, but appreciated.
• If you cancel and progress has already been made, a percentage will be kept based off of how much work had been done.
• If I am unable to complete your custom, you will be notified and sent a full refund. This includes canceling on my behalf.Updates
• There are two options to keep in contact, discord or second life.
• Do not message me the day after your order if your commission has been done. I have a trello where you can estimate when you will be worked on.
• If you see me working on other projects, know that there are instances where I may skip around my queue to keep myself from burning out.
• I do not work on the weekend (Sat-Sun). Please do not message me on my days off.
• Commissions have a rough estimation of 12-16 weeks of being done. Depending on what my queue looks like. This is always subject to change due to real life.Modifications
• Any changes made after your mod has been sent and approved will be charged a 10% fee of the total commission. I send a lot of wips as I work so please request changes before completion.
• Repeat changes by the pixel will be charged after a certain amount of changes. I am following your reference as I see it.
• Skin modifications are only allowed to be done by myself. Please feel free to message me for edits. I keep all of my files.
• If you would like different parts done in the future from a previous commission that I've done for you, send me a message and the parts required. Add ons are treated as a "pay what you want" basis unless it is a new body.Custom mesh
• I do not make mesh at this time, but if I need to collaborate with someone, please let me know who it is beforehand.Permissions
• Textures & mesh will be copy/mod/no trans.
• Appliers will be copy/no mod/no trans.
• BoM/Bakes on mesh skins will be copy/no mod/no trans.
• Permissions for items will not be changed to full perm. You can send me the name of your alt account in necessary.Credit
